Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BondlyBook. By creating an account you confirm you are 13 or older. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must have reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

2. Your Account

• •You are responsible for all activity under your account

3. What BondlyBook Is

BondlyBook is a Relationship Memory System — a tool to help you remember, track, and strengthen meaningful relationships. BondlyBook is not a social network, a dating platform, a communication app, or a substitute for professional relationship counselling. The relationship health scores and recommendations are informational only.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BondlyBook only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• •Harass, stalk, or harm other people through BondlyBook
• •Add people without any genuine relationship with them
• •Collect information about people for commercial or malicious purposes
• •Attempt to access other users' private data
• •Reverse engineer, copy, or replicate BondlyBook's technology or design

5. Your Content

The notes, memories, follow-ups, and relationship records you create belong to you. You grant BondlyBook a limited licence to store and display your content for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring that information you add about others respects their privacy and dignity.

6. Privacy of Contacts

Notes and memories you write about contacts are private to you and are never visible to the person they concern. When you add a contact, they do not receive notification unless they are already a BondlyBook member and you trigger a specific connection request.

7. Service Availability

BondlyBook is provided on an 'as available' basis. We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or experience outages. BondlyBook is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

8. Free Service and Future Pricing

BondlyBook is currently free. We plan to introduce a paid Pro subscription for advanced features. Free features will remain available when Pro is introduced. We will give you at least 30 days notice before any currently free feature becomes paid.

9. Intellectual Property

BondlyBook — including its name, logo, design, features, and codebase — is the intellectual property of Joseph Adu-Parkoh. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on BondlyBook without written permission. The tagline 'Remember People. Not Just Numbers.' is proprietary to BondlyBook.

10. Limitation of Liability

BondlyBook is provided in good faith but without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for relationship outcomes, personal decisions made based on BondlyBook's recommendations, or data loss caused by device failure. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to BondlyBook in the preceding 12 months.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. We may suspend your account if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behaviour, or use BondlyBook for illegal purposes.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as BondlyBook grows. We will notify you through the app when significant changes are made and update the effective date above.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved under Ghanaian law.
